Job summary

Netflix, Inc. seeks a results-driven Program Manager of Operations within CBP to establish structured frameworks for product domains and drive planning, OKRs, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with leaders from Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and more to optimize how we plan, track, and execute high-priority initiatives. You’ll be a proactive, tech-forward collaborator who enhances visibility, coordinates stakeholders, and uses AI to improve workflows and change

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable program management experience in a Product organization.
• Proven track record of improving operating models across multiple business functions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate concepts across a wide organization.
• Comfort using a variety of project management and product development tools.
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Aid Product Directors & Managers with tactical programming related to department & domain-level work; organize and support annual planning and deadlines.
• Provide programming for on/offsites.
• Track objectives and initiatives; support QBR reporting and leadership check-ins.
• Centralize information and increase visibility for product teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and systems used by the product teams; support quarterly planning.
• Socialize CBP work via newsletters, media and forums.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Support change management and help teams adopt new tools.
• Collaborate with CBP Engineering TPMs and admin assistants.
