You will partner with product, engineering, data science and leadership to orchestrate complex technology initiatives from pitch to production media orchestration and release scheduling. You will shape technical strategies, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery while upholding Netflix culture and collaboration across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Background in content, studio or media technology and/or Generative AI/ML platforms.
• Proven experience driving large-scale software projects and building scalable solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
• Deep understanding of content processing workflows in media and entertainment.
