The Content & Business Products (CBP) teams are fundamental to Netflix's mission to entertain the world. This organization is responsible for building the products and services that optimize and automate the entire content creation lifecycle, from initial concept and financial planning to global launch and promotion.
CBP is the engine behind "pitch to play," enabling our teams to create, manage, and distribute content at scale. Within CBP, the Content & Studio domain invests in technology that enables creators, creatives, studio, localization, and production teams to deliver more value on screen.
Content and Studio Engineering builds and operates the technology that powers Netflix's content journey from pitch to post. Partnering with product, engineering, data science, design, and CBP Success, Content and Studio Engineering invests in technology that enables creators, creatives, studio, localization, and production teams to deliver more value on screen. Our team delivers robust infrastructure, media management, and workflow solutions for everything from evaluating pitches and managing deals to orchestrating petabytes of production media, scheduling releases, and supporting post‑production processes. We enable data‑informed decision‑making for content executives, support global studio operations, and pioneer new workflows with Generative AI - all while ensuring seamless integration across Netflix and its subsidiaries.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000.00 - $320,000.00.
