Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution of cross‑functional initiatives that support mission‑critical infrastructure projects. You will partner with the Director to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to programs, ensuring work is prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time.

This delivery‑focused role requires ownership, bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems in real time as they arise, coordinating across teams to optimize large‑scale

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.
• Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator who can keep teams aligned and informed.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure where needed.
• Experience with program management tools.
• Strong problem solver with a bias toward action and structured problem-solving.
