Street Samaritans is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the operational management of their CTA Innovation Crisis Intervention Pilot. This hybrid position involves program operations management, grant compliance, and supervision of clinical staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, demonstrate operational excellence, and ensure effective coordination among partners.

Experience in managing grant-funded programs and navigating complex systems is essential. For consideration, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management or coordinator experience in a nonprofit, social services, or public health setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing grant‑funded programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the CTA Crisis Outreach program.
• Monitor program expenditures against the approved budget.
• Provide supervision to Clinical Team Leads.
