Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead our team at 8th Street IRTS in St. Paul, MN.

This hybrid crisis and IRTS treatment program offers short-term stabilization, integrating mental health, medical, and substance use care in a 24-hour setting. The role provides leadership to ensure services meet licensing requirements and may include clinical direction, education, and guidance on client billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human services, or business administration.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and using data to establish goals, monitor implementation, and establish program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a program’s staff, budget, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Manage program time and work schedules to meet client needs.
• Investigate, hire, orient and retain high-quality staff, providing training and feedback.
• Provide coaching and evaluation of staff, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures.
• Guide client development plans and progress toward goals.
• Review and sign billing-related inquiries and ensure timely processing.
