Job summary

The Administrative Office of the Courts in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is recruiting for a full-time TERM Program Manager to lead the Court Education Institute's eLearning team. The role focuses on instructional design, creating interactive web-based learning for self-paced and instructor-led courses within the LMS, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop materials for judges and staff.

• Strong program planning, implementation, management and evaluation.
• Experience with budget management and grant procedures.
• Knowledge of state procurement rules and contract management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and government processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicates program designs and goals to courts, staff and stakeholders.
• Integrates information systems across judicial groups and users.
• Manages a large program with alignment to judiciary goals.
• Develops budgets, expenditures and grant-funded programs.
• Drafts RFPs and evaluates proposals in compliance with procurement codes.
• Monitors contracts and contractor performance.
• Leads staff interviews and recruitment for positions.
