• Lead staff, including hiring, onboarding, prioritizing, and assigning work; provide professional development and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mandatory training.
• Monitor, track, and report on self-review course selection, timelines, and compliance; suggest improvements.
• Align with Quality Matters and maintain QM courses; oversee QM certifications.
• Coordinate LMS updates, training, and documentation with Brightspace support and QA teams.
• Provide training to Enrollment Management and Student Success staff on LMS basics.
