• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.
• APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
