Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the development and operations of group homes and day services programs in Connecticut. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant documentation, and drive program improvements to deliver individualized opportunities for people served.

You will liaise with families, guardians, and community partners, and provide on-call support as needed. The role oversees four programs located in Durham, Middletown, and Wethersfield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and scheduling.
• Coordinate staff meetings to relay updated information for the organization and people served.
• Continually develop and improve programs to provide individualized opportunities.
• Record and review detailed documentation electronically for monthly reports and adjust programs as needed.
• Represent Mosaic with community organizations and committees.
• Provide on-call assistance to staff as needed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with families and guardians about progress.
