Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the development and operations of group homes and day services programs, ensuring regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, hire, coach, evaluate, and schedule, and maintain detailed written and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff meetings, advancing program quality, and serving as a representative for community organizations. On-call support and regular updates to families are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities preferred.

The Program Manager will oversee the development and operations of group homes and day services programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising staff to ensure adequate written and electronic documentation.

What you'll do in this role:

• Responsible for supervising staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and scheduling.
• Coordinate staff meetings to relay updated information related to the organization and people served.
• Continually develop and improve programs to ensure the people served are receiving individualized opportunities
• Record and review detailed documentation electronically to complete monthly reports, adjusting programs for persons served as needed.
• Serve as a representative for community organizations and committees
• Provide on-call assistance to staff as needed.
• Provide ongoing communication keeping families and guardians updated on the person's progress

Schedule:Mon-Friday some on call responsibilities. Some nights, some weekends, some on call responsibilities/on call 24 hours for their program a day with rotating weekends. Once every 9 weeks on the weekend for all programs. On call based on needs of homes. Overseeing 4 Programs located in Durham, Middletown, and Wethersfield.

Requirements

You should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of one year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities

Great to Haves but not dealbreakers:

• QMRP/QIDP eligibility as required
• Three years of experience preferred
