Justice Resource Institute (JRI) seeks a Program Manager to lead Community Based Services in Connecticut, guiding high-quality, family‑focused care. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with treatment teams, and ensuring safe, compliant program operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position, with a strong emphasis on community impact

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in the field and administrative capacity.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served and interventions.

Responsibilities

Oversee basic program operations, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
Provide supervision and support to Therapeutic Mentors and Support Staff.
Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
Promote JRI's mission, values, and standards while ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
