Job summary

Justice Resource Institute in Connecticut is seeking a Program Manager to lead community-based services for youth and families. The role includes oversight of operations, staff supervision, and collaboration with treatment teams to deliver high-quality care.

The position offers a hybrid schedule in Eastern/Central CT, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 3 years experience in the field and experience in an administrative capacity.
• Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served and an understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for individuals and families served.
• You will provide supervision and support to Therapeutic Mentors and Support Staff.
• You will oversee basic program operations, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
• You will work collaboratively with treatment teams, families, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
• You will promote JRI's mission, values, and standards, while maintaining compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
