Job summary

JRI is seeking a Program Manager to lead Community Based Services in the Eastern and Central Connecticut regions. You will oversee supervision of Therapeutic Mentors and staff, ensure quality, and coordinate with families and partners to deliver services effectively.

You will uphold JRI's mission and compliance standards while promoting a supportive, respectful workplace. A sign-on bonus and bilingual bonus accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in the field and administrative capacity.
• Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for individuals and families served.
• Provide supervision and support to Therapeutic Mentors and Support Staff.
• Oversee basic program operations, staffing, compliance, safety, documentation, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and community partners for effective service delivery.
• Promote JRI's mission, values and standards, while complying with agency, state and regulatory requirements.

Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach, grounded individualized services, and evidence-based practices.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to$70,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 3 years experience in the field and experience in an administrative capacity.
• Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served and an understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population.
