Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking a Program Manager for the Center for Community & Global Health (CCGH) at the Maywood Health Sciences Campus. This in-person role oversees program management, development, and coordination of local and international activities.

Responsibilities include managing curriculum delivery for honors and electives, coordinating travel and safety for international students, and supporting DEI initiatives within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management to the Center for Community & Global Health.
• Assist in program development and implementation; assist with student/resident/fellow issues and communication; coordinate programming and requirements of local community engagement and international activities.
• Facilitate curriculum delivery for CCGH core programs: Community and Global Health Honors Program, Global Field Experience Grants, SSOM International Electives, International Student Exchange Program (Ghana), and other electives.
• Track international travel program policies and procedures including pre-travel safety, health insurance, and orientation for all traveling medical students, residents and faculty.
• Coordinate international travel for students, faculty, and staff engaged in service activities including travel insurance, visas, and emergency contact information.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
