Qualifications

• PhD or doctorate in Public Health, Education, or International Development.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall global health office functions at the university.
• Oversee immersive learning experiences connected to the WASH Graduate Certificate program.
• Manage the Drexel University and Desert Research Institute WASH Capacity Building Program.
• Coordinate financial planning and administrative operations for the program.
• Support stakeholder communication across university and external partners.
• Manage student registration processes and student records.
• Coordinate onboarding for international scholars and adjunct faculty.
• Conduct graduation checks and liaise with university offices.
• Support global immersive training operations.
• Assist with the Dornsife Global Development Scholars program.
• Support student recruitment activities for global experiential learning opportunities.
• Coordinate pre-departure training for students.
• Support risk management and safety compliance processes.
• Contribute to diversity-focused engagement strategies within immersive global learning initiatives.
• Travel nationally and internationally as required
