• Experience with M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) frameworks and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of community development programs.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
