Job summary

Clark College is accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Program Manager B in the Community, Continuing Education & Customized Training department. The role is based in person at the Columbia Tech Center location, with typical hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

in a Monday–Friday schedule. The position oversees department operations, budgets, invoices, POs, and records, while growing Customized Training and supporting JSP contract oversight and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND one (1) year of related administrative OR equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading employees and/or programs.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to quickly learn new software systems as required.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and individuals.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall department operations.
• Support the growth and management of Customized Training.
• Manage and prepare JSP grant and/or contract proposals.
• Budgetary tasks including invoices, transfers, and PO’s, fund management.
• Prepare and maintain administrative, business, and academic records and reports.
• Perform related duties as required.
