Job summary

Central Valley Training Center is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate, supervise, and develop day and community-based programs. You will ensure quality programming, effective communication, and staff development under the Program Director's guidance.

The role requires leading a team of instructors and job coaches, implementing the agency’s behavioral programs, and maintaining comprehensive program documentation in a full-time, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care staff.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Non Violent Crisis Intervention Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise full-time and part-time direct care staff.
• Establish and implement quality programming for day and community-based programs.
• Develop and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISP) and IPP.
• Participate in management decisions and training development.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and high-quality services.
