• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field with four years of increasingly responsible experience.
• Two years of experience with Kern Regional Center.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide timely and respectful customer service; reliable transportation.
