Job summary

Central Valley Training Center Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day program and community-based services, supervising direct care staff and ensuring safety, treatment, and quality programming for participants.

You will lead curriculum development, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and implement tools to improve services while maintaining compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Clear and timely communication with others.
• Written materials are thorough and accurate.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations including percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
• CPR and First Aid Certification and Non Violent Crisis Intervention Training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and adjust participant programming to ensure care, safety, treatment and training for participants.
• Supervise staff by directing duties and ensuring adequate coverage while following regulations.
• Develop Individual Service Plans and coordinate with staff to meet participant needs.
• Provide leadership to ensure high quality services to all participants.
• Complete program paperwork accurately and timely.
