The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a Program Manager, Community Based Care to lead recruitment, data collection and analysis for the Community Based Care Collaborative at UTA, part of the Child Welfare Research Center. This role reports to the Director and oversees day‑to‑day operations and rollout across Texas.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,300 to $80,000. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The Program Manager, Community Based Care will play a critical role in recruitment, data collection, and data analysis for the Community Based Care Collaborative at UTA, part of the Child Welfare Research Center. This position reports to the Director of the Child Welfare Research Center. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the Community Based Care Collaborative, tasked with conducting a process evaluation of the rollout of community-based care in Texas. This position requires strong collaborative and organizational skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
