Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Program Manager to support the 53d TEG Experimental Operations Unit at Creech AFB, NV.

This role advises on cost, schedule, and performance across the portfolio and leads multidisciplinary IPTs in acquisition strategy development. You will work with engineers, operators, maintainers, and analysts in a fast-paced environment, focusing on experimentation and sustainment of CCA flight simulations and related software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years’ experience in program management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager or comparable role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership, team collaboration and customer interface skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance of all projects in the portfolio.
• Lead and coordinate IPTs with cross-functional subject matter experts.
• Develop acquisition strategies and manage overall program execution.
• Prepare and present project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee data management, reporting, and sustainment of simulations and software.
