Job summary

Aspen Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our Business Transformation Office in the United States. You will lead complex, cross‑functional technical initiatives, drive operating excellence, and deliver business value across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing enterprise application projects, defining scope and success metrics, coordinating with business and IT teams, and guiding change management and user adoption to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager or Business Leader.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven success in leading enterprise applications and transformation projects.
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex technical and process‑oriented projects using Smartsheet.
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors through workshops.
• Oversee deployment of new systems, change management, and user adoption.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope; manage risks and issues.
• Track metrics, report progress, and maintain documentation for stakeholders.
