Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a PM/Program Manager or Business Leader.
  • Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven success leading enterprise applications and transformation projects.
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification desired.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time-management and communication skills.
  • Executive presence and confident presentation to senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and passion for operational excellence.

Job description

Program Manager – Business Transformation Office

Drive operational excellence and deliver business value by managing complex cross‑functional technical initiatives and process transformation projects across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Project & Program Leadership: Manage a portfolio of complex technical and process‑oriented projects using Smartsheet, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, comprehensive plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Execution & Risk Management: Lead cross‑functional teams and external vendors through workshops and working sessions (solution design, requirements gathering), oversee deployment of new systems and processes, coordinate hyper‑care support, training, user adoption and change management, ensure timely delivery within budget and scope, track and report key metrics, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Lead and facilitate project/program review meetings, provide clear status updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors, maintain detailed documentation (agendas, meeting notes, project plans, issue trackers, after‑action reviews), and foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion continuous improvement within the BTO, actively participating in feedback loops and driving process efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager or Business Functional Leader.
  • Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven success leading enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.) and transformation projects.
  • PMP and/or PMI‑ACP certification (or equivalent) strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
  • Executive presence and confident presentation to senior leadership.
  • Self‑starter with a solution‑oriented mindset and passion for operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and within a matrixed team environment.
Work Authorization

This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States. No sponsorship will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $127,000.00 – $158,700.00 (base). Eligible for bonus/variable incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
