Job summary

Liberty Resources is seeking a Program Director to lead the Center for Brain Injury and Rehabilitation, overseeing licensed LHCSA, residential and home community services, and related daily operations. You will guide admissions, staffing, compliance, and quality improvement to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered service delivery across all programs.

The role requires active leadership, experience with TBI/disability services, and strong collaboration with families, providers and funding

Qualifications

• RN/OT/PT/SLP or related master’s/doctorate with 3+ years in TBI/disability services.
• Experience in HCBS/TBI Waiver, LHCSA, Medicaid billing, QA and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to supervise diverse staff and manage program operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching and performance oversight to staff and ensure evaluations are completed.
• Oversee admissions, referrals, intake coordination and orientation of participants and families.
• Monitor compliance with regulations, quality improvement, chart audits and reporting.
• Develop budgets, operational plans and resource allocation for programs supervised.
