Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Program Manager to define the scope, goals, and deliverables for complex hardware and software programs, coordinating with engineering, product, design, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, risks, and dependencies, and communicate progress to senior leadership and clients in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Software/Mechanics Engineering/IT or related field.
• Certifications PMP, PgMP or equivalent.
• 4+ years leading complex hardware and product design programs.

Responsibilities

• Define the program’s scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with objectives.
• Develop detailed program plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation and risk management.
• Lead a high-performance program team and foster collaboration.
• Provide guidance to ensure projects run effectively and meet goals.
• Act as primary contact with senior leadership, clients and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and communicate program status.
