HID Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager for authentication solutions in Austin, TX, with responsibilities spanning strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will act as general manager for the product area, align with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Services, and drive measurable business outcomes in a SAFe environment.

You will translate market needs into prioritized requirements, lead Epics and Lean Business Cases, monitor KPIs, and guide cross-functional go-to-market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product management, technology, business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
Translate customer needs and market insights into prioritized requirements and backlogs.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
Lead PI Planning and align roadmap priorities with business objectives.
Establish feedback loops with customers and stakeholders to guide decisions.
Monitor and report key performance indicators such as revenue, adoption, and market performance.
