Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH, seeks a Nursing Specific Program Manager with RN background to lead program teams, oversee patient care delivery, and drive organizational goals.
Preferred Master’s in Nursing or related field; must hold current Ohio nursing license; requires at least three years of clinical experience and strong leadership for quality improvement and education initiatives.
Overview: Additional Requirements: This is a Nursing Specific Program Manager. Prior RN experience is required. Current Ohio Nursing License, required.
Plans, implements, and evaluates the administrative, supervisory and direct care activities for assigned program team staff.
Directs a team of professional and support staff to ensure assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care. Provides leadership for complex programs by communicating goals and strategies, providing direction and priorities and providing enthusiasm and support.
Master's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field, or completion within three years, required.
Current licensure relevant to professional discipline, required.
Three years of clinical experience and demonstrated competence in area of expertise, required.
