ESM, Inc. is seeking energetic and passionate applicants for Program Manager positions in our Augusta & Cornville offices. The annual salary range for the position is$55,078-$61,318 depending on experience.
As a Program Manager you will spend most of your time working closely with the Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel to ensure ESM clients are receiving the quality of service expected throughout ESM.
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of each Residential home to ensure all of the clients’ needs are being met in a timely manner and all ESM staff are performing their duties at a level that provides world class services to the clients we serve. This includes all aspects of community living, scheduling appointments, service and crisis planning, behavior management, communicating with state personnel and / or guardian, etc.
The Program Manager will be responsible to assist with training and maintaining quality Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel, and/or address any issues that may violate ESM procedures, protocols, or policies, as well as gather information on assigned staff for the performance review process.
Communication is essential and the Program Manager is responsible to ensure the flow of communicating is organized, smooth and information gets passed on to the appropriate individuals accordingly.

Some weekends and holidays are mandatory as ESM operates twenty-four hours per day seven days per week.
Qualifications:Experience required. Associate Degree in Human Services preferred and MHRT-1 and DSP certifications. Managerial experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that meets standards set by Maine law.
