Direct Support Professional: Be a part of a great team at ESM, Inc.! We offer FT & PT positions which are permanent positions, starting pay is $21 / hr, health insurance, dental, life, and vision insurance. PT 30-39 hour employees are eligible for 100% paid health insurance premiums as well.

An active driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required, as well as a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients with mental health disabilities requiring 24/7 staffing in our assisted living homes.
• Support clients in daily living activities and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Assist with home assignments scheduled within 30 miles of your location (95% of the time).

Training

We provide all initial and ongoing training, certifications, and licenses required by the State of Maine. We pay you to receive the required training and certifications.
