Job summary

ESM, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Augusta & Cornville area to oversee Residential homes and ensure high-quality client services. You will work closely with Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel to meet program goals and maintain standards.

The role emphasizes training, supervision, and timely communication with guardians and state personnel, with some weekend commitments as required. Relevant licenses and certifications support leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience required in a supervisory role overseeing residential services.
• Associate Degree in Human Services preferred; MHRT-1 and DSP certifications recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee each Residential home to ensure client needs are met and staff perform at required levels.
• Coordinate scheduling, service and crisis planning, and behavior management.
• Communicate with state personnel and guardians; ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with training and quality supervision of Shift Leaders and Direct Line Personnel.
• Ensure organized information flow and address issues following procedures.
