Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at GS-12 grade/level which includes: 1) manage Asset Management projects for Operations and Maintenance, Safety and Security, and Emergency Management functions; AND 2) utilize an automated facilities/equipment management database; AND 3) assisting with the development of asset management guidance or business practices for an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service, (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
