Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified or Master’s degree with required experience.
• Experience on Government projects and familiarity with Government policy and procedure.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and comfort in all-digital environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work on site at Fort Knox full time.
• Pass FBI fingerprint check and Tier 1 background investigation; no clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Act for the Program Manager in absence, with authority over staff and government interfaces.
• Lead ACED office operations: manage phone line, mailbox, taskers, and shared drive naming conventions.
• Build daily personnel status report and alert roster; manage semiannual tests.
• Assemble Monthly Status Report data and verify workload numbers with systems logs.
• Track training compliance (AT Level I, OPSEC, Cyber Awareness, PII) and report monthly.
• Cover program areas during surges or absences to maintain standard operations.
