  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality healthcare service delivery.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of related experience in health care operations leadership, process engineering/improvement, analytics leadership, project management, or Healthcare Administrative Fellowship.
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare clinical and administrative operations, performance measurement, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred.
