As a Management Engineer, you will lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across multiple departments, applying innovative methodologies to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You’ll collaborate with leadership and teams to implement solutions that drive meaningful change, while also mentoring Student Analysts and contributing to larger system projects.

Preferred:

  • Degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, or related field.
  • Equivalent industry training and experience.
