Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Management Engineer to lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across departments, applying Lean, Agile, and human factors engineering to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care. You will mentor Student Analysts and contribute to larger system projects.

You will collaborate with leadership to implement solutions, prepare reports for stakeholders, and continuously learn new continuous improvement methodologies in a dynamic healthcare
