Job summary

SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) seeks a Program Manager, Alternative Investments Fellowship Program (AIFP) in New York, NY to oversee logistics, calendars, and participant coordination across workshops, bootcamps, and events.

You will work with the Associate Director and Senior Resident, supporting pipeline development for Alternative Investments programs while ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or related field.
• Experience in nonprofit, education, or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or program management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end AIFP programming including scheduling, logistics, and event execution.
• Maintain calendars and participant trackers for real-time visibility.
• Support logistics for SEO's Alternative Investments Conference and other events.
• Coordinate with vendors and external coaches to ensure timely delivery.
• Draft participant communications and program marketing materials.
• Monitor program metrics and compile regular performance updates.
