Job summary

NWI Nashville, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead small to moderately complex aerostructure programs from production through delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for external customers and coordinate with IPT, engineering, and sales to meet commitments.

Responsibilities include tracking budgets and risks, ensuring adherence to quotes, leading status meetings, and communicating program status to customers and management. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 6 years related experience in lieu.
  • 3 years of experience in a project or program environment.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and timely communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior managers and external customers.
  • Strong knowledge of program management and cross‑functional relations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for external customers.
  • Manage small, less complex programs during production.
  • Track budgets, costs, and bid margins.
  • Lead IPT and coordinate with engineering for proposals.
  • Coordinate with estimating and sales on pricing assumptions.
  • Prepare and present program status to stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel is required.
