Job summary

AAR Corp. in Hot Springs, AR seeks a Customer Program Manager for commercial airline programs within an FAA Part 145 MRO repair station.

You will own program performance, drive customer communication, and oversee the repair lifecycle from receipt through delivery and invoicing. This role collaborates with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Shipping/Receiving to keep commitments on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in commercial aviation, MRO, or contract management preferred; or a Bachelor’s with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in FAA Part 145 MRO, or aviation contract/customer account management preferred.
• Proven ability to own programs, manage repair lifecycle, and lead cross-functional recovery actions.

Responsibilities

• Own program performance and customer communication, ensuring turnaround, on-time delivery, and margin targets.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Review contracts, quotes, and terms to ensure alignment with scope and company policy.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive recovery actions when needed.
