Job summary

IMDiversity Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Voigt Lab, to oversee the ARPA-H PLOW program. You will coordinate research activities, move designs to synthesis and testing, and liaise with sponsors and partner institutions.

The role requires strong program management, writing and presentation skills, and experience directing multi-institutional federal grant projects. Travel is required. This is a 100% on-site position based in Cambridge, MA, with responsibilities covering day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and four years of administration or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-institutional programs and write grant proposals.
• Strong writing and presentation capabilities with experience communicating with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ARPA-H PLOW program operations and administration.
• Coordinate research activities, design-to-synthesis workflows, and field testing with partners.
• Prepare project reports and manage federal grant activities with sponsors and universities.
