Job summary

The Wyss Institute at Harvard University is seeking a collaborative program manager with strong scientific acumen to oversee day-to-day operations of a major government-funded program. You will work with the PI, senior staff, and Wyss Research Administration to ensure timely milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple teams.

Reporting to the Principal Engineer-Program Management, you will coordinate with government sponsors, supervise CROs, ensure compliance, and manage reporting,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life science, medicine or engineering.
• Minimum of six years’ experience in project management with multidisciplinary research teams.
• Experience managing complex sponsored awards and contracts.
• Experience supervising Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced translational environment with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level organizational leadership to ensure integrated execution of award requirements across teams.
• Coordinate with the funding agency for program activities and reporting.
• Develop and manage program schedule and budget with Wyss Administration.
• Oversee preparation of reports, milestones and deliverables per award requirements.
• Ensure compliant data management and protocol oversight across teams.
