Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Program Management Specialist I to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive launch readiness for SHOWA Performance aftermarket suspension products.

You will manage schedules, track milestones, support engineering activities, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while developing broader program leadership skills.

This role provides exposure to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, engineering technology, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and launch aftermarket suspension products and related systems.
• Develop and maintain integrated program timing plans and milestone schedules.
• Track program deliverables, dependencies, risks and critical path activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
• Monitor program performance and mitigate risks proactively.
• Support launch readiness reviews and production release activities.
• Participate in vehicle build, testing, and product development activities.
• Coordinate supplier readiness and sample requests; drive issue resolution.
