Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Program Management Specialist I to support development, launch, and lifecycle management of SHOWA Performance aftermarket suspension products and systems.

You will bridge Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and external suppliers to align with business objectives. The role includes 80% program management, with 20% engineering participation, prototype support, and vehicle integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, Program Management, or related field required.
• 0-3 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, manufacturing, product development, or related technical field preferred.
• Automotive, motorsports, powersports, off-road, OEM, or aftermarket industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve program objectives on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain integrated program timing plans and milestone schedules.
• Track program deliverables, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
• Support launch planning, supplier management, and production release activities.
• Assist with engineering changes and documentation to ensure successful product launches.
