ICON Build is seeking a Program Manager with roots in architecture and construction to translate complex project information into compelling documents and presentations. Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in architecture, design-build delivery, or AEC.
- Strong visual communication with a portfolio or samples.
- Fluency in construction technology and digital tools for project delivery.
- Experience building or improving processes to reduce friction and scale teams.
- Familiarity with construction project documentation and SOPs.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or equivalent presentation/document tools.
Responsibilities
- Assess ICON Build delivery workflows across assigned areas and identify gaps.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks.
- Maintain the ICON Build playbook with templates, checklists, and guides.
- Embed with project teams during key delivery phases to support adoption.
- Track usage of BuildOS and collect feedback for leadership review.
- Coordinate print operations and align design and operations handoffs.
