Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in architecture, design‑build delivery, or AEC across multiple phases.
• Fluency in construction technology and digital tools for project delivery.
• Portfolio or work samples showing document and presentation output is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with presentation and document tools: Google Suite plus design adjacents like Adobe CC.
• Experience building or improving processes and systems to reduce friction and scale teams.
• Familiarity with construction project documentation: drawing logs, submittal registers, RFIs, meeting minutes, schedules.
• Comfort with construction management platforms: Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing assessment of ICON Build delivery workflows and identify gaps.
• Implement and maintain standardized processes, SOPs, and decision frameworks.
• Maintain and update the ICON Build playbook with templates and guides.
• Embed with project teams through delivery phases to support adoption and surface friction.
• Track adoption of tools like BuildOS across projects and report gaps to leadership.
• Support print operations coordination and alignment of schedules across handoffs.
