Job summary

Jobtailor in Seattle is seeking a proactive Program Manager to drive governance, change management, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of initiatives. You will prepare agendas, materials, and action tracking for governance meetings, and translate complex updates into clear communications for stakeholders.

You will own discrete workstreams end-to-end, build resources for change efforts, monitor health metrics, and partner with leadership and teams to ensure timely delivery in

• 3+ years of experience in program management, communications, change management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting governance or operational cadences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships.
