Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Manager to help drive inventory visibility and control initiatives. The role involves building and maintaining program roadmaps, coordinating across business, product, engineering, data, finance, and operations, and supporting partners to strengthen inventory capabilities.

Candidates should have 3+ years in program/product management or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, management consulting, strategy, finance, or operations.
• Demonstrated success supporting or leading cross-functional programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to build relationships and partner across multiple functions.
• Experience contributing to roadmap development, dependency tracking, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong judgment.
• Experience with inventory, supply chain, merchandising, or operational domains is a plus.
