Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across marketplace experiences, catalog quality, and seller enablement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Proven expertise in program management, including planning, business case development, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes and identify scalable improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and key performance indicators to align technology programs with business goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI reporting to inform decision-making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategies, frameworks, and recommendations.
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.
