The Policy Development Systems Program Manager 1-A plays a key role in shaping and supporting systems that drive Medicaid Long Term Care and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs. Based in the Bienville Building in Baton Rouge, this position works closely with technical experts to ensure systems align with OAAS policies and Medicaid requirements. The Program Manager also leads efforts in developing training materials, testing, and business requirements that strengthen OAAS program operations statewide.

Appointment Type: This position will be filled as a part‑time WAE appointment; **Please note** When Actually Employed (WAE) appointments are temporary and may last up to a year. Employees can **only** work a total of 1,245 hours within a 12-month period.
